What Coaching Looks Like
Sessions can be held in person or virtually, so you can access support from anywhere in the world. My coaching approach is personalized, practical, and results-oriented.
Each coaching package includes:
- Weekly 1:1 sessions (60 minutes) with one week off every month for integration
- Goal-setting and progress tracking
- Custom strategies based on your lifestyle and values
- Text/email check-ins between sessions
- Recommendations for the best resources, exercises, and guides that align with you
